I went into Hennessey's today to buy tubes of colour which I would do on a regular basis. I have a trade card as I am I part of the hairdressing industry and one of the benefits of this card is to purchase products especially colour at a discounted rate. When I went to pay for the products I was not asked for the trade card which I should have been, as done previously. I had the trade card in my hand and paid by cash. I did not realise how much I had been charged till I went outside and looked at my receipt. When I checked my receipt I noticed the price seemed off as I had never been charged that amount before. As I would be a regular customer I went back inside to ask about the price. When I went back in and said how much I had been charged the lady that dealt with me for my purchase spoke to me in a very rude manner and said I never handed her over my trade card even though it was very obvious that I had it in my hand and basically told me tough luck (appalling customer service would be an understatement). This woman then outright refused to refund my money from the transaction which I might add is one of my customer rights. I will not be returning to Hennessey's after this incredibly rude experience today.
