Great helpful staff, good value, large selection of goods

Will only exchage items no refunds at this store. Bought a sweat shirt and the assistant just put it on the counter took the cash and asked if i wanted to purchase a bag. Its a joke i cant understand why they dont provide paper bags. Its not a grocery store. I asked the assistant for a particular item and she had no interest what so ever in accomodating me. They should drop into Pennys in wilton and experience the way the staff are trained to facilitate the customers.

Great value for money for designer sports shoes and gym wear. Pleasant staff and shop display but waiting ages in shoes department only 1 staff member on each floor to help with sizes. Owners need to increase staff numbers. Lost customers I saw 2 people walk out as they were waiting too long on shoes area

Nice little store, a real hidden gem but clothing range is only ok although is good value. Sports section is fantastic.

Great place located in a quieter area by Ballincollig Shopping Centre, staff are helpful and you will nearly always find something to buy

Good assortment, superb discounts sometimes. For example I've bought my full-leather Karrimor boots there for 20 EUR. There are shoes, toys, casual and sport clothes, sport equipments, etc.
