I cannot express how impressed we were with Green Olive. Jacinta and Val catered for our wedding and gave us above and beyond what we asked for. The food was unforgettable. The staff were amazing, so helpful and very professional and friendly. The food was the talk of the night and my guests still talk about it. I highly recommend Jacinta and Val if you want the finest food in Galway.
