If your passing the door its worth stopping here for a few minutes the owners are so friendly and have a real passion fir there fish.

On a recent visit to Goatsbridge, my friends and I bought some trout which was delicious; I also bought some trout pate which was even more delicious. In fact, my taste buds had been dreaming of it ever since, until I phoned the farm and learned the recipe was on their web page. I have just made it myself. It is a real delight!
