  Staff polite , Coffee ok only , Far too expensive. The cafe is tired , untidy and dirty ..
  Seating is worn and damaged .
  Very disappointed at €4.75 for a coffee

  Have just left Gloria jeans in manor west in Tralee co.kerry, I was shocked to have witnessed how a member of staff was treated by who appeared to be the person in charge.the coffee shop was very busy at the time and the person in charge continued to berate a member of staff..the staff member was actually in tears as she continued to do her work.i found it very unpleasant and surely she should not have been belittled like this in front of customers.

  Love this coffee house, they have the best coffee and a nice relaxing atmosphere. They also have an array of things to eat for both salty and sweet tastes. With a very likeable and friendly owner and staff.

  Best coffee in town 👌go in 3 times a wk.lovely staff..Aska Treasa Eoin are just the best in the tralee shopalways very friendly.greet us with a smile every time ☺see ye all the weekend guys 👌👍

  Always deafening loud in there. Very uncomfortable to try and chat over a coffee. Always in a rush to get out of there.
