  This is a lovely guesthouse - NOT a hotel. You'll love the place once you note this reality. Breakfast is to die for! Just gorgeous.

  Lovely old country house. Fantastic hostess: had car trouble and Gill kindly drove me into Bandon to collect it from dealer when fixed! Great choice for breakfast. Comfortable rooms all individually decorated. Truly dog friendly accommodation my golden retriever stayed in the room with me: large garden for her to sniff around.
  Location is quiet but close enough to Bandon & Kinsale so good base for exploring.
  Would definitely stay again.
