This rating is still too high. I want to buy to tough road bikes from here. They were to get the correct size in to try. I phoned several times, to see was it in got the usual story, we will phone when it is in. These bike were selling at €1200 each, they lost €2400. I gave up as they were not interested in selling and providing quality service. I gave them a second chance, I needed a seat post clamp with has 2 lugs to attach a pannier rack, the same story, I phoned they didn’t phone back or order the part €10 worth.
Now they have changed their website/ notice just name, address, and business times. Before you could look at items that they would not order on the website. Shocking customer service

Simply the worst retail experience of my life. The bikes themselves are great. Good quality and engineering. Highly recommend the products. However, the customer service experience was pretty much zero. The list of issues I faced with this branch was painful. For the money being paid for a mid level road bike, here is the list of issues by which the staff under performed on:

    1) They quoted us incorrectly on the bikes, tacking on 200 euro at the end when I was paying.
    2) the bikes didn't even have valve caps on them. Even after my first service they were not put on. I had to ask explicitly for them to be put on.
    3) The lock that I purchased for the bike was missing a nut on the bracket to fix the bike to the frame.
    4) I went back with the lock and they gave me a bigger nut that wouldn't fit flush with the part.
    5) The saddle fitting was done so poorly, that when I took it to a different bike shop they were astonished that anyone claiming to be in the cycling trade would think that the saddle fitting was accurate.

I'm sure there are more points, but this should be sufficient.

The staff were so disinterested with providing assistance beyond the point of making the sale, and the "manager" maintained proper vocal conduct, but the body language of the entire team made me feel uncomfortable with supporting their business.

Buying this bike here was such a painful process, and I would urge anyone interested in purchasing a Giant bike to look towards other stores, where your euro may be valued more appropriately. From a business standpoint, this company does not hold up to the standards that one would expect from a high quality product retailer.

    Bikes - 5 star
    Store - 0/1 star

Nice shop. Mostly road bike focused. A bit pricey but most shops are nowadays.
