If you're passing through well worth stopping here for a few hours to watch the seals. If you catch the boat it takes you out past them basking in the sun. The island is a magical place and is a testament to the people who originally built the place. You'll want to build your own garden afterwards.

Garnish is botanic garden in a island design to be protected from the moody Irish weather. The boat to the island is overpriced, worth only if you decide to spend a sunny day in the island. Don't forget your food and drink for a picnic.
