It is an nice all building. There's an petrol station beside it. And shop. All is needed. Not a bad restaurant in the inn. Moderate prices. We actually stopped there because of the name of the place which could be translated as Condom Home :-)

We had arrived in Ireland that morning and were driving from Dublin to Liscannor. Getting hungry we followed food signs and ended up at Gandon Inn. The people were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean. The food was great and generous portions. Definitely worth stopping and having something to eat.

Fantastic place Staff are outstanding.. and rooms are beautiful..Loads of white fluffy towels./ clean& teas coffee and 4 bottles of water everyday.. .. A big happy family at the Gandon..Nice to be called by your first names when you return.They remember you from previous visits ( winer why??,, ha.)) and carry out all requests if needed.Highly recommended

When you are on the road and hungry it's always a good sign to see trucks parked outside a place - so in we went. It is not an upmarket place, but it's comfortable, clean and exceptionally friendly. You would fit in wearing work clothes for a quick feed in the bar, or equally happily eat in the restaurant area if you are there for an occasion. And the food is really very good, nothing overly fancy but well cooked, plentiful and very reasonably priced. I had a really nice steak, my even hungrier companion had a mixed grill (not something you often see on menus anymore). I wish I'd taken a photograph of his plate, but he just started eating! So much food, it looked like it would feed a family. We left happy and well fed and will definitely be back.
