Great service from Luke after being badly let down by Ned Forde's. His prompt and clear communications were hugely appreciated and we never felt we had to chase him for anything. He's a really pleasant guy to deal with too and I though that he was very reasonable for the magnitude of the job he did. It's great to have the boiler running so well again.
