Huge variety food freshly cooked to order. Great salad bar. Various pastry and breads. Also extensive supermarket brands you don't find everywhere. A great shop.

Really delicious food. The salads are fantastic and their selection of carvery meats at lunch is great. They have a wide range of lunch/dinner options every day. The wok station is really tasty. The butcher is really good. And the revamped coffee shop is great. There is a great selection of luxury chocolates aswell as an off licence. Only let down are the higher prices.

Good food options and very friendly staff, offer organic food and fresh healthy options. Their deli counter is the best I've come across. Moderately expensive vs other large grocery shops.

Handy market with some lovely food counters in it. A good selection of not your run of the mill food stuff too. Great staff and it's always clean. Great selection of beers and wines.

The queue can be mental a lot of the time and the pricing is out of this world for some everyday stuff. But still a nice place.

Don't go for grocery, just go for a good take away or something in particular (wine, pancetta, few other things). Generally speaking, it is very expensive, especially for daily stuff (e.g.: vegetables, cereals, paperware, etc). I recommend it for the take away food section, which has quite plenty of choice. Salad bar is almost always well furnished (fyi, I usually pay around 8€ for a salad, they don't come cheap), and during lunch time the amount of option is wide (sandwiches, asian cuisine made on the spot, wraps, pizza, buffet, ).

Super convenient for all your needs, perhaps a little on the expensive side though. Great place for a quick lunch or coffee. It's always busy around the area so great for people watching, but also has a fantastic view of the canal, Wake Dock and Pigeon House towers.
