Horrible attitude in "salesman" Cormac.

Felt I was being told what I wanted instead of him actually being quiet and listening to what I was saying. Felt he was looking through me for most of the transaction. As I walked out I spotted frank hogan and I think one of his sons , is there a fear culture in Frank Hogans and that's why Cormac seemed so so distracted.

Spoke over me and didn't seem to have a whole lot of it interest in what I was saying, especially when I was asking him technical specifications on the car, he didnt seem to know, that I knew from reading the brochure. Usually when you sit a customer down you offer them tea, coffee or a drink of water. Go through different options of spec, go through finance options etc. You don't just write numbers on a foolscap a4 page and more or less say take it or leave it.

Today I had full intentions of ordering a brand new sport line superb.

I'll go to someone who actually acts like they want to deal with someone, and the same attitude has also been displayed by the Blonde receptionist in the Skoda showroom whom handed me a brochure last week while answering a phone.

I will never ever step foot here again first impressions last and this will last for all the wrong reasons

I only use the parts service here, but I find the prices fair, and service as you would expect from a Mercedes rep, excellent and helpful.

They refused point blank to sell me service parts for my audi as they are no longer audi main dealers.
The same parts (oil and filters) are used on the vws skodas and seats which they sell.
Its bad form considering the car was bought new there

I've used Hogans for my spare parts for longer than a decade, and to get a service for a newer car. Never had issues, service and parts depts have always been hugely helpful and accommodating. Not yet had any experience with the new car purchase side of the house.
