  I don't know where to start from. Incompetent staff, mostly youngsters who work to get some extra pocket money but have obviously not being trained in gastronomics. No information when your order is ready, it just sits there in the shelf till you come to pick it up. Why do they even pickup your name if they don't call you out when your order is ready? Next: We ordered Hawaii Pizza and got some complete other pizza and also they forgot one of the two toppings. The place over all was dirty. Sticky tables (yikes) cans and food on the floor and nobody seems to care at all. Not even a possibility to dispose the food packages after you ate there so no wonder. Then, a shady guy (think it was the manager) swiped food with his bare hands down to the ground as customers arrived to take the table near us. Oh God! The concept seems good but as said before there is nobody trained in this place to operate a restraunt in a professional manner. Besides the pizza baker probably, at least the pizza was okay. 2 Stars and never again.

  The pizza was fine but when we asked to change our order of a large pizza to the family combo with a large pizza, 2 sides, and a 2 liter of Coke for a mere €2 more, the cashier said he did not know how to change it.

  Pizza was decent. Watching the guy making the pizza go from rolling dough and adding toppings with his bare hands to typing away on his phone and back to the food was a bit gross but whatever. Service was fast.

  Its named Four Star Pizza, but it's a solid 5 stars ! The food was excellent. The staff was top notch.

  My daughter was having her 11th birthday party in Killarney in November and we decided to book the food side of the party at 4 Star Pizza. I booked a table for the group a few weeks in advance and confirmed again a couple of days prior to the day. When we arrived the table was reserved but beyond that, everything else was terrible. The staff made no effort whatsoever. The food was extremely slow coming, and we had to check if it was actually ever going to arrive and the staff were horrible, miserable and non attentive. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. In my opinion the staff should all be retrained or removed and replaced

  We were weary from travelling from Galway to Killarney and were just wanting something tasty and easy. We really enjoyed the pizza and service from Four Star. They had some good combo deals, and the pizza was very good!
