Great location, and staff. Small rooms above a pub, so you will hear some noise. Elevator wasn't working. The bathroom is modern, but we found some drainage issues. Nice location in the heart of Swords. 5 minutes from Dublin Airport.

Rooms are clean.lift is broken quite a while now.
There' the key go up the stairs all the way to the room and next morning put keys in a box see ya.
This is the checkout procedure.
That's the only human interaction you get for a hundred odd euro. Breakfast is extra if you want it. No parking direct on premises.
I think this 2 star motel not hotel is over priced for what you get.all right to put your head down for a few hours.response / report this review -

Good food and drinks.very good service and good prices.great smoking area but no TV outside.still you can always look at the big screen through the window.

Great hotel room but the real treat was the steak I had in their restaurant. Best steak I had the entire time I was in Ireland.

Nice, cosy bar/hotel. On the upmarket side of things but a great spot for any fug by fans out there.

We had a great stay at the Forty Four. Our only complaint was that it was unclear how to check-in upon arrival (answer: at the bar). The rest of our stay was a blast. The room was clean and well equipped, staff were very helpful, and the noise wasn't bad for being right above a bar - we easily drowned it out with white noise off an iPad app. Great location, both within Swords and relative to the airport and downtown. We would surely stay again.

Relaxing bar, good selection of craft beers. Ideal for sports and also for a quite pint or two. Staff professional and attentive, gets busy during rugby union match days, so there is always a great atmosphere when Ireland and Leinster play🏉
