Thinks did not go well in the beginning with my experience at Fonez. I was between a rock and a hard place and needed a compatible laptop quickly. I bought an MAcBook from Fonez in Galway, and unfortunately it performed very badly throughout the weekend. The manager, Nick, did contact me on Saturday, and I returned the laptop for a refund on Tuesday. Turns out there was an underlying fault and I was quickly issued a refund. I would like to thank Nick and his team for their attention over the last few days. Thank you.

Top notch service, was in a hurry and the place was absolutely packed got out of there in 10 mins. Only wanted the S8+ but the lad who I bought it off gave free head phones have turtle beach already so wasn't necessary but these were free & are good for on the go. Would recommend second time I've bought a phone there no issues. Go to Nick dead sound.👍

Was in a few times with battery issues on an iphone 6, very easy to deal with and helpful staff. Chelsie dealt with me for most of my visits to the shop and she was extremely helpful. My phone could not be fixed however she sorted me with a good deal.

Went into fonez yesterday to get my iPhone 5s screen repaired. The service I received was excellent. Michael, one of the staff members, was so helpful to me and explained everything very clearly and was very friendly. My phone was even repaired half an hour before it was due which was fantastic. Good job guys! 😊

Brilliant store with excellent customer service. I was dealing with Shane who is a credit to the shop. He sorted out the issue with my phone perfectly. Will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend others doing the same.
