Very poor experience!😢 We were looking to buy a kitchen for new house. Got an appointment right before closure time, came In and person wasn't there! Another lady was busy with other clients so promised take care of us after she is finished. Manager didn't look at us and pretended he was busy with smth. After 45 minutes we were informed they are about to close. Really?!
I have insisted we stay and get the quote!
After we got some sort of list we need, she promised sent us quote next week. We have been waiting three weeks , periodically calling with reminders. Nothing back. Unprofessional Idiots and time wasters!
We went to b&q, got quote during appointment and made an order.report this review -
