I rent my car in here almost every weekend for the last two years. I can´t be more satisfied with the attentive and friendly service (specially Vedran), brand new cars cleaned and in mint condition and the handy location (as of today, the most central rent a car in Cork City). To get the most of their value I would recommend joining their loyalty program that will give you upgrades and free rentals.

Very helpful with getting us a free upgrade when the original class booked wasn't back on time. They close at 2 on Saturdays though which is rather early when travelling.

I had to extend my already existing rental agreement, after I was told by europecar's customers support that I should do it trough the local branch.
There is a small desk inside some garage, the service there very slow, at middle of service the guy had to leave in order to bring some key, and I had to wait for another 15 min

Eventually I've decided to try and extend the agreement trough the customer support cause their price was lower from some reason. What I didn't know is that my exiting rental agreement was canceled and he didn't renewed once I left, so it's turned out that I've took a car without a rental agreement (I got a call from Europe car and was accused as one who tried to steal the car)
Eventually I had to drove back to cork although I was already 50 km away, in order to create a new rental agreement.
Unprofessional desk agent.
