  Very bad experience : car category inferior to the reservation, and imposed insurance for false reasons. Go to another !

  I've used Europcar on three occasions recently. The customer service has been consistently friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

  I enjoyed efficient, friendly and prompt service at Cork Airport. The car - a Mondeo diesel - was excellent value for money & a pleasure to drive ( once I'd worked out what all the mysterious lights & buttons were!) I'd recommend Europcar to anyone.

  Would highly recommend Europcar! Very helpful staff with great customer service. From the guy at the collection desk to the two lads I dealt with at the drop off point. They couldn't have been nicer. The car was a dream to drive too. Will definitely be using you again in the future. Thanks!!

  The lady on the desk was extremely helpful, kind and polite. It was going to be a stressful visit for me with my fathers first anniversary and she was exceptionally caring whilst remaining professional and ensuring I was happy with the car I hired. The two gentlemen there were also lovely and I actually walked away smiling thanks to all three of your staff. I'll definitely use Europcar again.

  Very helpful and accommodating person at the service desk in Cork Airport. There were daily emails with my driving score, which was fun. Some might find the constant contact a bit much, but I was fine with it. The car was perfect for us, and in good condition. Everything just worked fine. We used Europcar in the UK last year and had a similar, pleasant experience. Will definitely use Europcar again.

  I found it difficult to provide the two documents showing our names and addresses that had been posted to our house within the last 8 weeks. We pay all our bills by direct debit and see our bills online. In the end, I went into our two banks and asked them to send us current statements. I found it a bother and am sure other people will have the same problem as most people pay bills online. The car was fine and the staff were lovely.
