  Our family of five (3 kids age 10-16) just returned from an extraordinary trip to Ireland and England planned by Emerald. We wanted to experience capitols and the countryside in both countries for our first visit. Emma booked a fabulous mix of the historic Ashford Castle, storied abbeys, rooms with spectacular views and a chic city boutique hotel in Ireland. She planned a beautiful driving itinerary of the geographical highlights. We can't wait to go back and spend more time exploring Ireland's history and beauty. We loved the English country pub called the Crab and the Boar with quaint rooms and an excellent restaurant and bar. We had a very helpful driver, Antoun, in England who went the extra mile to help get our boys settled at camp in Oxford. Our hotel in London was in a great location to explore the city on foot. We had delicious Irish and English breakfasts included along the way. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Emma connected with us throughout our trip and was available if any issues were to arise at all hours(luckily the didn't). Using Emerald Elite saved me precious time and money in creating the exact traveling experience we wanted for our family holiday. We all cannot wait to use the experts at Emerald Tours in the future. Scotland here we come!!

  I just recently returned from a fantastic trip to Ireland with my 3 sons (ages 18 - 22) . I contacted Emerald Elite and explained that I wanted to see as much of Ireland as I could in 14 days, and explained that my sons were interested in learning about the history and culture of Ireland (as part of their heritage). My contact person at Emerald Elite was Emma Quinlan and she came up with a great itinerary and booked wonderful hotels for our stay. She went out of her way to be available and prompt, while planning the trip, and bent over backwards to ensure that our trip ran smoothly. She even kept in touch during our trip. We had a wonderful driver named Eamon Hegarty who not only taught us some history and a few Gaelic phrases as we travelled, but also gave my sons a master class on how to drink a Guiness. He was flexible and knowledgeable . If you are looking for a friendly, smooth, well organized, and personalized trip to Ireland Emerald Elite does a superb job of arranging a trip of a lifetime .

  We had a group of 13 recently complete a 10 day tour with Emerald Custom Tours.
  I had worked with American companies for 3 months and could not get anybody that was willing to arrange a custom tour without the price being out of line.
  Finally, I tried a company directly in Ireland. I sent them my itinerary and the whole trip was completed in 5 days with Valerie Cooke.
  Our experience exceeded my expectations. We spent 3 days touring in and around Dublin. During the next 7 days we had a personal bus and driver. We couldn't have had a better guide than Mick who was so kind, accommodating, funny and had a wealth of information about the history of Ireland.
  All the hotels that were arranged for us were great and had wonderful traditional Irish breakfasts. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with.
