I've been to many Eddie Rockets over the years, including the Dame Street Branch and have rarely found anything to complain about. However, I was here recently with a friend and I thought the way the manager (Nora, I think?) treated the staff was way out of line. She started yelling at one of the waitresses right in front of us because she forgot to include a drink on our ticket (which was fine, stuff like that happens all the time!) and the way in which she spoke to her really upset me. I also witnessed her complain about a man who called in on the phone about a deliveroo order and she yelled at the chefs on more than one occasion in an overly nasty way. The waitresses were all really lovely and really professional and the food was great as per usual! I will return again but hopefully the staff will be treated with respect the next time I'm there.
Decent enough food. Expensive but right next to City Hall so its to be expected. Friendly staff.
I tried the Oreo shake. Nice quantity and tasteful. The WiFi is good too
Lost its former glory. Was here years ago but what a major disappointment it was now. Where did the slider baskets go to? You used to be able to get 6-8 sliders, now you can get 2-3 at the most, which isn't enough to feed a person. The meat was dry and had been overcooked. You had to pay 1,2 for a tub of dips for your fries. The music and interior is still great craic but the food? Wouldn't recommend.
Eddie Rockets is okay as far as chain restaurants goes. An ode to diners with the music going. Great late night eats! Check out the one in Temple Bar. It has the best garlic sauce around. You'll get addicted to the chips/fries without a doubt.
Eddie Rockers are fine as they go. Stop by the one in Temple Bar it has great garlic sauce to go with your fries/ chips.
You get a good burger mmmmm you get what you pay for
Bar licsense. Great place to pop in after or before a show in the olympia!
Little expensive but food and service was good
