  I always find shopping in dunnes Charlestown a pleasure the staff are friendly and helpful.

  I like this Dunnes Stores a lot! It's very spacious and everything is on one level, fashion, homewares and grocery. The supermarket part is very bright and aisles are spacious. I find Dunnes to be very reasonable and I love their own brand "My Family Favourites"! Unlike some older Dunnes Stores, this store is modern and very appealing to shop in with plenty of parking and trolleys available

  The younger checkout staff are more interested in their plans for the weekends than in serving customers. It's a fine supermarket and is always clean and tidy. But seeing how the junior managers behave, it's no wonder the rest staff can't be bothered.

  Most of the staff here are nice but some staff on the floor, middle management and higher up are a bit unprofessional at times. On a few occasion's I have heard them bad mouth another member of staff on the floor, in front of customer's or potential customer's. Another thing they like to do is stand in the middle of the isle whilst bad mouthing, blocking off shopper's way around. One time I was at the kiosk getting a newspaper, and because two member's of staff were bad mouthing management, it was an inconvenience to serve me. One of them came over snatched, slammed and shoved, all whilst giving me a horrible glare. Then she stormed off back to her colleague and kept talking.
