Lovely airport . Clean, good signage and lots of shops. Food is a bit expensive but I recommend the Harvest Market café as it has a large range of options and is extremely handy if you have an early flight as there is a lot of breakfast.

Biggest airport in Ireland. Pretty modern, with quality amenities and a lot of shops. Staff is helpful and friendly, gates are described well. Gift shops are rather pricey, as it happens often on the airports but you can find some decent deals on electronics, alcohol and perfumes sometimes. Lounge area is pretty comfy, overall if you are flying through Dublin it should be a good experience for you.

Everything is easy to find, everything inside main building is nice, but the second one must be more tidy, because it is very dirty. Nice thing is that you feel like in a zoo with all of those birds flying inside a building, gives you nice mood :D

Lovely airport. I like it. For me it ranks as one of the better airports in Europe. Never had an an ounce of difficulty or hassle here. 😊 Very proud of our Airport in Dublin!

Nice and well signposted airport. It's not huge so you can roam among the terminals without having long walks or taking trains. I became very passionate about Dublin.

Very nice and clean airport. Car park is very close to the main terminal. You can go to the City centre by bus almost 24 h. Duty Free is pretty impressive. Very easy airport to go through. Very friendly staff.

Excellent customer service here! Be sure to check the weather before arrival. I made it here on one of my many layovers from Norfolk, VA on an 80 degree Fahrenheit day and was not dressed to endure the cold environment of Ireland, specifically the airport. With Italy being my destination and the weather in Italy being very similar to Norfolk's, I never thought to have warm clothes in my carry on bags so I sat here feeling like a popsicle for four hours. That's on me though, I didn't plan properly.

Wonderful smaller hotel ideally situated next to museum of modern art and the jail , Super friendly staff, food healthy and great value , gym better the one I use back home and has all the necessary work out machines. Highly recommend this hotel and will use again, also close ( walking distance ) to city .

Dublin Airport new and efficient. Easy access from and to Dublin with shuttle bus for € 10 return. Well sign posted. Great shops and Restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff.

A really beautiful and well-functioning airport. I'm never stuck in a queue for long, even during peak hours. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Terminal 1 is undergoing an update which is looking great so far and should create a smooth transition between the already stunning terminal 2.

We entered through Terminal 2 which a beautiful and well appointed structure. However, our gate was located in Terminal 1 which is currently under construction and for good reasons. It doesn't appear to have been updated in the last 20 years, the air handling system does not support the number of people crammed into the waiting areas (at least where we were, gates 301-307) and as a result the air was uncomfortably warm and humid and not entirely unlike that of an airport washroom (which were also in desperate need of repair and refurbishment).
Hopefully next time my flight will depart from Terminal 2.response / report this review -

There's quite a divide between Terminal 1 (old and dingy), and Terminal 2 (new and flashy). Everything in general is better in Terminal 2. The passport control section can be quite the bottleneck, and the automated passport machines are NEVER working.

Terminal 2 is a new, modern, and efficient terminal with great shopping and food choices. Check-in was a breeze, staff are friendly, VAT returns are easy, and I really appreciate the "€1 Honesty Box" water thing. U.S. Customs was pretty easy to get through, although I don't understand why they feel the need to screen your baggage a second time (and you're allowed to bring bottles of water and the such through the second time around?) Regardless, I'd say Dublin Airport is one of the better airports I've been to in Europe, after Munich and Zürich. Haven't been to Terminal 1 so I can't say anything about that.
