I have to say I have read a lot of the reviews on this family practice. I would not go to any other practise. All of the doctors have always been so kind to me. Very professional.

Attended The Byrne Family Practice this afternoon as a new patient and received very professional care. There was close attention to social distancing in the surgery, friendly reception staff and highly competent doctors.

Very disappointed
I called and asked if I can register my 5 months old son and she said yes come, after 30 min of waiting they said is full and they are not taking new patients.
They told me to go to the hospital with my son wich he was having fever .response / report this review -

I have to say I have been going there years I would never change all of the doctors are great. I have to boys and from the time they were born the Byrne's have been there doctors I trust then 100% with mine and my kids lifes.. nothing is ever a problem!!

Amazing GP practice, Dr Coleman Byrne is an absolute professional and amazing Doctor. Maeve and Sheila are also lovely. The Byrnes are our family doctors and we find them incredible. Great with kids.

"Dr" Colman Byrne is the most hateful person I have ever met. Has zero compassion for his Patients. Didn't get a proper diagnosis until I changed GP. Was dismissed & even smirked at me when I begged him to help as health was so bad. Also made a nasty comment to another family member (who he doesn't know is related to me), so he's just a horrible man in general. Why are you even a Doctor when you clearly don't care about people? Tried to blame illness on mental health, which has since been proven WRONG (which made my health issues permanently worse because they were left untreated for so long - also cost me my job & 5 years of my life as spent most of the time in bed unable to function), told me a procedure I since had done DIDN’T EXIST & that I had no clue what I was talking about (changed GP & within a month - I had it done!!) refused to send me for relevant testing, had me on too many painkillers & wrong medications - had no issue giving me lots of painkillers but wouldn't give me anything for my stomach. I took anything at the time as I didn't fully understand medication or the affect they have on your body, was desperate for any relief. Someday you will pay for how you treated me, I may take legal action. You shouldn't be a Doctor & have people's lives in your hands - I won't let you do this to anyone else. You're going straight to hell.

Horrible Family run Pratice - very insensitive, blunt, rude and unhelpful. Colman being the worst!! I'm not the only one who thinks that either, their bad reputation and lack of bedside manner is becoming a common complaint. If you don't like being a Doctor, change profession. Disgraceful. I've never left a bad review before but this was necessary. I could actually say worse but won't write it publicly. If you're looking for a GP go elsewhere, I urge you.
