  Dr o Connell came to my rescue yesterday and I had a tooth extraction
  I was so nervous as I'd had a very bad experience 20 years ago at a dentist in thurles
  Dr o Connell has a great way with people
  Cant believe I've no pain today .happy out

  I recently attended this dental practice on an emergency basis. I visited Ireland on vacation in November this year and incurred a dental issue. Thanks to the Daniel and his staff who were very considerate and provided wonderful treatment and care. They provided care for me at short notice, and I am pleased to say my tooth is fine and all is working well. Thanks again to everyone for looking after me so well.

  Called and asked for a last minute appointment as my own dentist is booked up for a couple of weeks. Before I could even finish my sentence I was told in a very nasty tone “sure what do you want me to do, we are booked up as well” and placed me on hold straight away, then dropped the call.
  
  Since you asked what I want you to do, I’d recommend improving your phone manner toward potential customers and maybe let them know when your practice does have a free appointment.
  
  I do not recommend this place.
