No phone calls when they'll arrive. Called me when they were at the gates. Told me package will be delivered day later. Wasn't. Had to pick up package myself.

Absolutely disgraceful costume services . Missing parts from an open box that was delivered . The driving was more concerned about the time he was at my door . He was not helpful, was so unprofessional and did not give too hoots about his job or costumer . Rang the office several times to complain and no one answering the phone .
