  Had to more or less beg for someone to assist me with my purchase. Had to come back twice in one day as the first time I couldn't afford to be kept waiting any longer.

  Bought a TV on Black Friday, unfortunately it was faulty. Brought back to shop. Very supportive and helpful in arranging a replacement. Manager Fiona and staff Conor was excellent. From the service what i received i would not hesitate recommending Currys PC World Tralee to anyone.

  Having purchased a top of the range TV from Tralee before Xmas i was
  surprised with my treatment in you store today 11/06/16. My daughter
  was married some weeks ago and another daughter came from Australia
  for the big day, my wife and i then went to Austria for a holiday, when we were there i lost the charger for my camcorder, i only realized this a few days
  ago. I went to PC world and explained all this to the manager and said if
  they could lend my the charger for a day i would leave my credit card or €50
  in cash, there was a flat refusal. I was better served in another store nearby,
  and that is where me and my extended family will shop in the future.
