From the moment we walked through the doors of Currans and were greeted by our waiter Darren, both myself and my sister felt so relaxed. The food was amazing, the service second to none, and our lovely waiter Darren was so helpful that we decided to book the following night there too. Although they had 4 hen parties booked in also, we didn't once feel like the service was slow or that they were under pressure. I cannot fault the staff nor the food and the fact that you can bring your own drink is an added bonus! Well done to everyone at Currans, when we visit Cork again, we will definately be heading to Currans.

Went for a Christmas party with work and while the food was reasonable it was expensive for what we got and quite slow to come. Another party containing a friend of mine were waiting far longer and again got mediocre food. The staff were lovely, very helpful but I might suggest getting more of them or training them to be more efficient and improving the kitchen if you wish to charge this much for food. The higher prices at Christmas should be offset with more staff so there isn't hour-long delays with dinner.
