  Very lovely place with fantastic tea. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful and there are a lot of choices. It is rather expensive, but it is worth a try.

  adorable tea shop. I had a special Galway blend that was coffee and tea mix- it was amazing! I also had a piece of lemon cake that I'm still dreaming about.

  If you're visiting galway then you gotta try this place. Very authentic. Has decent collection of tea. And most importantly its "home baked cake/dessert" are delicious!

  Being a tea noob this place was pretty cool. A little too dainty for this Satanic Master but if you like the real high tea experience you can blow your brains out here.
  
  The baked goods were good, my full Irish breakfast was satisfying and the tea selection was mind blowing - well for me at least. This place was heaven for my tea totalling missus.
  
  Even though it relies on a central gimmick and theme I truly found this place to be the least touristy place in all of Galway.

  English style tea room upstairs more of a bakery cafe first floor. Had tea upstairs in the tea room. Very nice. Had the egg sandwich with a herbal tea.

  amazing assortment of tea! Each one unique! A little overpriced, I must admit, but it's expected, they are in every tourist guide book and everything! Staff very friendly.. The thing that annoyed me most is that they don't really have space. It's a tiny room with too many tables in it. I couldn't really enjoy my meal because they kept walking past me and it moved my table each time. I would go again, but I'd choose my table wiser.

  Beautiful place for an afternoon tea. A little cramped inside for space. The tea menu is vast, and they are all tasty, and the staff are usually very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Lovely atmosphere in here though, and great little gifts and keepsakes for sale.

  The RUDEST staff I have ever encountered. Went in with my 9 month old daughter in her stroller to be greeted with ' Can you fold that up?' I confirmed that yes, the stroller could be folded then I was asked to wait for a corner table to be cleaned. As I waited I was directed by the same staff member to wheel the stroller towards the back of the establishment. The other staff member was waiting on tables and I pulled over to one side to let her pass. She looked at us as if we were manoeuvring a tank when I stood out of the way to let her pass,we were one again given the now all too familiar greeting of ' Can you fold that up?'. Rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, in no way helpful. I left at once, and will never return. I had previously had afternoon tea here on two occasions while in the company of adults and dined without any issues.Parents beware, not child friendly service, in fact not friendly service in any respect.
