I had paid a €10 fee to this crowd to take care of seat bookings and meals etc. A waste of time. Any question or concern put to this shower is responded to by "We don't do that, you'll have to wait until the check in opens on your flight"

Thankfully I was able to use the airline website myself and take care of what had to be taken care of.

Be warned paying extra for their extra care service is throwing money away.

Used etravel for the first time recently-I have used many travel agencies before, but each time I rang them everyone was so helpful. made huge error in my flight(my own fault)and they were so helpful and followed up to ensure all was okay, will definitely book with them in the future

Delighted with the service I received from e-Travel. We booked a meditteranean cruise and they offered excellent advice and are definitely the best cruise agent in Ireland. I have also booked flights through the online system and found it very effective and easy to navigate. Very positive experience - well done!

Totally nightmare to ask or get any information before changing the flight ticket. They charge a €25 “after sales” as they call it, even if you try to get just information about the ticket without changing anything, they don’t reply to your emails until you pay this charge. Tried went to their office’s address, but I left without any answer on the door for 20 minutes and even didn’t bother themselves to reply to me when I asked over their intercom if there is anyone to ask! I couldn’t use the ticket after they asked me to pay more than the price of original ticket just to change the outwards and leave the return as same, this is after I paid the €25 then they agreed to talk to me and even then, all by emails, I asked for ticket cancelation refund as it was cheaper to pay for a new ticket with a different agency, I can also change the ticket online and immediately. I didn’t receive anything refund which is only the amount of airport tax “approximately EUR69.00” as they mentioned in the last email from the original €656.92 ticket price, was able to talk to one of them first time after paid the €25 and explained my situation at that time and complained, she actually laughed and didn’t bother about me writing reviews or complain!

Worst agent experience ever. They charge a €25 'after sales' fee that is required if you want assistance afterward. I bought it, and needed it when a flight was unexpectedly cancelled. I attempted to contact the company for the after sales help I paid for and got no response. I contacted their 'emergency' e-mail and got no response. I ended up stranded and had to find my own way home. I'm still waiting on a reply from them regarding this incident. I would strongly advise not to use them.

Great company to use. We had a fantastic holiday and everything went to plan. The prices are good and the staff are really knowledgeable about different places to go to. They advised us on the best place to stay in and we went with their suggestions which were bang on. I will definitely be booking with them again!!
