Lovely helpfull staff. Facilities very clean .
Great station good location and friendly staff more could be done about the gap between the platform and the train!
Very clean, but a bit hard to find our way.
Still, it is a grea station as it provides a quick way to reach Cobh
Great little station, very clean. They hold you behind the barrier for the Cobb train, even though it announces it is boarding. Don't panic the train does not get in until 5 minutes before it's meant to depart.
A great little Train Station with easy access by Bus (No 205) Taxi or Car although car parking is limited. Short walk to the Quays B&B's directly opposite
Nice design inside and out, one of Ireland's best train stations. Reasonably waiting area space and staff present who are helpful and easy to engage with.
The train station has one shop and café in the train station is slightly expensive but have great quality beverages and very friendly staff. The shop which recently changed ownership from 'SPAR' to 'Easons' is similarly expensive in many departments but okay for picking up small snacks and newspapers.
There is a taxi rank present right outside the train station which is always full as well as a public bus that comes through the station regularly and goes back into the heart of Cork City Centre again in only a few minutes.
Fantastic service, above all expectations
Nice building but no transparency with regards contact details.
Not too big not too small, buses by the door
An attractive building and frequent local services to Cobh and Midleton
