Our group loved this restaurant. Amazing soup of the day with carrots. It wasn't expensive!

Have just eaten here. Food very good. Need to make real French Fries.
    Prices very reasonable.
The interior is beginning to date and needs an overhaul. Staff lovely. The wait for the food a bit long.

We have been here a good few times and I love the restaurant, I love the .ocation, I love the food.. On busy days though, I find that the staff rush you so much. We went for an anniversary meal and within forty mins we had finished our starter, main course and desertand were being handed our bill and the vibe was that we were being encouraged to leave. Disappointing when you don't get out often to have a nice quiet meal with you husband!

It was my first visit to Cooks in Galway last night. My friends were all their before. First impressions were very positive as the restaurant was very busy. We had a table booked for 4 and we were seated almost straight away. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had the duck spring rolls for starters, they were lovely. I then had the slow cooked lamb, the best plate of food I have ever had. I have never tasted lamb that good!
Top marks to all at Cooks.
    I will definitely be back.
