  Incredibly rude guy: me and my girlfriend asked for a hot chocolate and a latte to take away. He forgets twice, we wait for 15 minutes, and when I remind him the second time the conversation was as follows:
  - Him: You want me to do the coffee faster?
  - Me: yes??
  - He: Go somewhere else
  - Me: I've already paid
  - He: I hope I don't see you again
  - Me:
  
  Some people shouldn't work in costumer service.

  I Went into Coffee Start today and was overly impressed with what I saw, The transformation from what it previously was, a tired old cafe that was I think, run down from the previous owners. Now it is bright and clean, and the food and portion size is fantastic.

  I actually never met such rude people in my life .. I was visiting tralee and was meeting family for lunch there is went in to get a table and decided to go to the bathroom first . I came out of the bathroom and was abused but the 2 staff members that it costs €1 to use the bathroom that it was only for customers. I said I'm meeting my family for lunch in 10 mins they roared at me infront of people I was so embarrassed and just told them we wouldn't be having lunch there . I would avoid them at all cost soooooo rude . I wouldn't even give them 1 star shocking.

  Lovely little place, staff was very accomodating, maybe a little hasty but it was our impression it was only because he tried to service everyone best he could. Very good coffee and we enjoyed our pancake and tuna melt.

  Nice breakfast meals but sadly owner very grumpy when I asked for my latte to be heated up.He came over with a thermometer and lectured me on correct coffee temperatures. I suggest some customer training might benifet I don't expect the coffee U receive which was served ages before the breakfast to be lukewarm.Sounded foreign

  food was good but server/owner tried to force a second order on us saying I had ordered 2 portions not one. If he had taken his time to stop and listen to my order, he would have clearly heard me 3 times repeat the order of one portion to share. His attitude was stink, and he charged me a sneaky stealth tax of €2.50 for his mistake and for the privilege
  of sharing a portion of food.The
  rules are, you tell your customers
  of any additional charges BEFORE
  entering into a transaction.

  Great food, lovely staff, went to loads of trouble to accomodate us. Coffee was great and the kids loved their pancakes. Nice athmosphere and great location.

  Great coffee, outstanding toasted sandwich and really nice atmosphere. The ice cream counter has a good variety and well priced, so it is a hit with the kids too!
