  Nice coffee shop with good selection of food and snacks. Lovely historic building. Good place to stop on the Greenway

  Nice place! Food is good, as of Sept 2017 they have soups and sandwiches and plenty of cakes and coffee, always busy at weekends on the Summer, should be a bit quieter in the Winter. The location on the Greenway is hard to beat. Nice staff also and dog friendly seating outside, they have water bowls and a spot to tie your dog while you order.

  Great stop halfway along the Waterford Greenway. Decent coffee and very good food. Plenty of parking with indoor and covered outdoor areas. Great amenity.

  Lovely coffee shop with lunch food served also. Very picturesque. Perfect hop-off point for the Green Way.

  Extremely busy place during good weather, but a great place for a rest. Nice cake options, coffee alright. If you follow the greenway just drop by, but expect to wait 10 minutes.

  Looking for somewhere to escape the rain and grab a coffee in Union Rd, Waterford. Stumbled across this gem by chance. Luck was on our side as this was an excellent place to escape the elements. Coffee superb and the accompanying scone went down a treat. Service was excellent and staff where friendly. Would highly recommended.

  Went down to visit the much raved about green way-that was lovely and all but if we're being honest, the coach house coffee stole the show!the brownies where amazing! It paired fantastically with my coffee and has left me wanting more! Brownies can be hit or miss, but the chef nailed it!great job!any plans to come to Dublin?

  Absolutely lil gem of a place! As an awkward customer e.g. no nuts or sauces etc etc the chef was more than happy to accommodate me and I wasn't made feel a nuisance.. I'm hoping to return here in Aug. Lovely atmosphere with polite, courteous friendly staff. Highly recommend 👌👌👌💕💕💕
