Delighted with the service. Derek and his co-worker were very professional. The sitting room (cream carpet) and stairs carpets look like new. They put a cover over our wooden floor in the hall to ensure that they didn't drag in any dirt. Will definitely get them back when our 4 year old twin boys muck it up again.
