Have been in twice asking for help on two different issues. Both times I explained the situation and was looked at blankly by the two employees sitting across from me. They then went to their website and typed in my question in the search bar - something I had already done. They seemed to have no idea about either issue, one simple and the other slightly more complicated but something that they should have at least a little knowledge on. As soon as I arrived they were looking at me as if they couldn't wait for me to leave even though I was very polite and courteous. I left both times feeling frustrated. Why are these people employed when they seem to have no idea about their job? I had a couple of pamphlets thrown at me and was told to look on the website. Very disappointed in them.
