  Very disappointed with the customer service. Returned some items to be told that I cannot get a refund only a credit note on a piece of receipt paper. The lady explained that this is policy, but I feel that I paid for the goods. They we returned in perfect condition with a receipt. I should be entitled to a refund. Despite the credit note I feel that is a little greedy on Choice's part. I'll think twice before I shop there again.

  They have little bits of everything from picture frames to cake tin liners. Prices are very good and helpful staff!
