  Visited twice for coffee Sunday morning Jun 25. Loads of staff on. Place wasn't busy. Completely ignored on both occasions and eventually Left empty handed. Not a bit impressed. Spent my money elsewhere.

  Small, like most cafes. Nice staff, nice coffee and quick to serve. Some of the nicest coffee around. Shame it couldn't be in the shopping centre or the Kyle centre. Rent would be more expensive but they would get more sales from me. I don't like travelling out of my way to get nice coffee.
  One piece of criticism I will give is that they have a habit of adding too much sugar or at least not blending it in well enough. I was drinking my cappuccino and I noticed it was empty but still heavy. There was a thick block at the bottom of the cup. I mean it was about a quarter of the cup. Starbucks in athlone shopping centre have done this in the past too. Chocolate brown in Tullamore have never had this problem. Well at least I've never experienced it. I have experience it here a few times. Not a big deal just kind of unappetising. Other than that it's a great place for coffee.

  Best tasting coffee in Portlaoise. Staff are always courteous. Newspaper is provided every single day. They open early in the morning. A real gem. 5 stars.
