  Been there last week to get my hair done, color and trim, the hairdresser was very friendly and professional, reasonable price and excellent work !

  I have tried a few salons, this salon does best waxing and least painful. the therapist make you feel comfortable before they do waxing. price are very reasonable as well, will be returning.

  I rang this morning for an appointment. They asked me to come at 3pm but then changed it from 3pm to 3:15pm and then again to 3:30pm within the same call. I arrived on time for my appointment only to be told I'd be waiting another 15 to 20 minutes for my appointment to commence. I swiftly left because I was very tight on time. I'm very annoyed at how they have conducted their business. If there was an issue I should have been notified before arrival. Will not be returning and will advise others to stay clear of the place

  Great experience yesterday with a wash, cut & blow dry. Staff managed to fit me in at short notice. Great value at only 35 euros which seems like a snip for the centre location. A friendly small salon.. no pushy sales or anything like comments from 12 months ago-I would recommend..Thanks guys

  terrible ,
  the hairdresser i talked to about my colour was misleading on how much it was going to cost and while i was happy with the results , i wasnt happy for what i paid extra for when i only wanted a simple colour and was talked into something else
  
  i go back the next day and explain i wanted it a natural brown ask i talked about before with the hair dresser only to get a reddish brown..and pointless ''baby lights'''
  
  i ask for it to be fixed only to get attitude and a clear ego issue forced on me lol ..since i paid so much they should be the ones to fix it right?
  
  so he fixes it after me having to tell him to put a colour on that would make it very dark ( i knew that) just to get rid of what he did to my colour
  
  i left happy with something i probably could of done with a box dye really..but the cheek of them they tell me to pay for the blow dry which too me should of been free since i had to go back into them and ask them to fix it..
  also
  i arrived early first time only to be told wait ( fair enough) but when i came time for my treatment i was left waiting because he had a woman jump ahead of me for a blow dryboth times, the staff seemed angry or bickering with each other the whole time as well
  
  so ladies don't bother pay extra for someone who will at least be polite to you and not talk to you like your 5 years old..if you see red flags go with it and leave

  Went there to get a 12 week Blowdry. When I was there they were lovely, convinced me to buy the after care products too. However a week later my hair was completely frizzy again, the Blowdry has completely come out. I emailed them to say so, hoping they could fix it or something, immediately they started blaming me. They said that I never bought the products (which I did) and that they didn't believe I'd been using them anyway. They were really horrible and aggressive, saying I would never be happy anyway and when they did say I could come back in and they would look at it, I felt way too uncomfortable to ever go back. Only go here if you want to be bullied out of your money.

  I was booked in for a wash, cut and blowdry. I asked for a straight fringe and get my split ends trimmed. The wash was nice, bit like a scalp massage. She trimmed my layers a bit shorter then I wanted. But she cut my fringe crooked and it was very clearly wonky. She tried to hide it by straightening it but it looked bad. I asked her to straighten it about twice but she actually made it worse. The blowdry did not fluff up my hair like it usually does, but made it look thin. She had obviously done a bad job but continued to act like it looked great. They charged me thirty euro because my hair is long! I really should have complained and refused but I was just too embarrassed and wanted to go home as it had been a long day anyway. The fringe looked even worse the following day. I've now had to pin my hair back and set it with hairspray everyday just to get it looking neat. Would recommend avoiding.

  I wanted to get balayage and never had it done before, went to SalonAddict and searched for some salon in the city. Charming salon had good review so I went for it. I have arrived few minutes earlier and coffee was made for me and I drunk it while the hairdresser finished the previous client. And then started taking care of me (on time!) I had this Brazilian guy and he did great job and knew what he was doing(I felt that way anyway). It was good experience and I will go back there.
