The services is awful, the doctor see you as a business, if they can make you go three times they will. To get an appointment is so hard and if you have an emergency they will see you just for 5 minutes, but they will charge you same.

3 days i have been now trying to contact the Physio Department, no luck, left messages, no call back, no answers, absolutely horrible service.

Just had an awful experience trying to book an appointment with one of the doctors here. At first, they hung up on me and then when they answered my second phone call the woman couldn't wait to get me off the phone. She answers very abruptly and sounded so angry because I rang? She said I'd have to come back tomorrow because she had no available appointments (that's no problem at all. I understand) but I was the one who had to say ok I'll call back tomorrow then? She didn't bother to ask did I want to book in? She made me feel like I was bothering her. Awful customer service! Obviously no concern for people!
