I called in here on Christmas Eve to purchase a gift for my mum, I saw a small picture frame and liked it but wanted a bigger size, I asked the girl on till and was not happy with my response, she was surly and not helpful, I got a Kurt response, I will not under any circumstances return here again, disgraceful.
