Our stay at the Cairbre House was exceptional. The historic house is situated with a view of the River and features lovely gardens. Breakfast was the best I had during my stay in Ireland, and included fresh herbs and vegetables from their green house and gardens. Within walking distance of a nice playground and the heart of downtown, the location is perfect for the family. Highly recommend this B&B with friendly host and hostess.

Perfect base in Dungarvan, easy stroll into town but quiet at night, the breakfast is OK, and the rooms are comfortable.

A gem of a place to stay if you're coming to Dungarvan.. Every place is with in walking distance,particularly the town centre and the magnificent Greenway Cycle Tracks..Would definitely recommend for nice weekend 😎👏👍

I am glad we stayed here toward the end of our trip because, if it had been at the beginning, I don't know that I would have left! Luxury accommodation, gourmet breakfast, an amazing host, this place has it all!

A true highlight of our 10 day tour of Ireland. Beautiful building, rooms, gardens, and view of the river. The host Brian was incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations on places to visit in the nearby town - which was only a short walk away. Breakfast was fantastic - the vegetables came straight out of the garden. I've seen people complain in other reviews about the distance from Waterford City - but trust me, that's a good thing. Dungarvan is a great little town. Definitely hope to come back someday.
