as you see from this website that it states opening hours are 8.30 - 6.30. I rang at 8.50 am one morning, to be told by a woman who was so ignorant that unless it was an emergency that i was to ring back after 9.00 am to make an appointment, Firstly for me it was an emergency with my cat, but this woman would not even listen to me on the phone, kept on talking over me. Secondly . Will never go to this vets again. So unprofessional .
