"PRIMO" - First Main Fresh Spaghetti tossed with MULLET fish Eggs ( Bottarga) from Cabras, pachino tomato and fresh Lemon
"SECONDO" - Second Main Baked SEABASS topped with grated Potatoes served with (Spinoso) Artichoke saute`
"DOLCE" - Dessert Selection of Gourmet Sheep and Goat cheese from Sardinia with Fresh Fruit and Pane Carasau
