This was such a small purchase that it feels dumb to leave this review. I'm only doing it because I wish I'd -seen- this review before ordering, so that I would know not to ever order from this company.
Feb 11: I ordered coffee filters.
Mar 1, I decided to email customer support as it had been three weeks.
The following is a series of emails that took place.

Do you have a tracking # for this order by any chance?

Does this mean I'm supposed to pick it up somewhere?

I'm not even sure why they asked for my address if all they could do is ship it somewhere -near- me. For 7 euros -shipping- I could've had it next day from Dublin.
The nearest Fastway Depot I could find is 2 hours away. Is that where it is? I have no idea, Customer Support certainly either didn't know or didn't tell me, who knows.
TLDR; Maybe just buy from Amazon or something. They won't always deliver products to you, and their customer support isn't remarkably helpful.response / report this review -

Great Coffee and Great Customer Service. Through a mix up which was very quickly addressed, I ended up with more coffee than I ordered so I decided to give friends a bag each to spread the word about this great coffee and company, I'd highly recommend. Hashim and the rest of the team are polite, respond quickly and give great confidence when buying from them.

Had a very good experience buying from them online and shipping to London. They kindly helped solving some customs issues now that you risk to pay VAT twice if you are not careful. Their coffee is delicious as their customer service. Thanks!
