  Nice Tea Room where you can eat delicious chocolate pralines, sweets and a good espresso.

  Had 100 coffees in This Butler and never had a bad one , plus little chocolates are adorable.Pity I moved away but every time I'm in Cork I always have an espresso in Butlers:)

  First negative experience for a while. In fact I ordered an hot chocolate and I payed quickly with Apple Pay (it is the aim). The cashier said that he doesn't take Apple Pay (but it's work) without provided me any reason. What à same ! I felt really down at the moment like a child how did something wrong they forgot to give me the piece of chocolate. I would like to said to this shop : what is so important ? Provide good customer service and good customer experience or think before at their own interests ?
  
  Why the shop do not take Apple Pay but while we can pay using card and contactless ?
  
  I was really disappointed and I didn't appreciate my hot chocolate.

  They have great coffee and cocoa and they also give free chocolate if yoi order. Chocolates are tasty as well
