Quiet,clean and fast, typical otherwise but good staff....
A nice place for late breakfast or lunch.
Kids love the place not very crowded and clean. Delicious food as always and very nice and helpful staff.

Very slow. Ordered a chicken burger and when I got it after 10 minutes it was cold. There was only 4 people in the place so no excuses like we were to busy .. just very bad service

I actually cant rate your establishment, I was in there today @ approx 2pm with my partner and our nephew, and to say the service was appalling is an understatement. I was standing in the queue waiting to be served for at least 10 minutes maybe more. There was only one girl serving on the till, who was very friendly and helpful in fairness to her. There was at least 4 people behind me. I do understand that your establishment can be quiet busy at times. There was another girl with blonde hair, who I understood to be a supervisor came up to another till and began i think she was punching numbers into a calculator, i'm still standing in line waiting to be served, she then began to collect trays, all the while the queue is getting longer. When i got to the till to order my food, i asked the girl was she the only one serving, to which she replied yes, i asked was there a supervisor on site and she said he was in the prep area helping out there, i then asked where was the other girl with the blonde hair gone, to which she said "oh I don't know where she is". At this stage I wanted to walk out, but because I was waiting so long and the service was horrific, but placed my order, only for it to be wrong, at this stage i'm getting very angry. I wasn't the only customer who was dissatisfied with the service today either. While I was waiting to be served at least 3 people brought back food because it wasn't what they ordered, and they forgot one woman's order completely the receipt got "lost". I don't usually complain, but the service was so shocking today, I just couldn't believe it. I do hope the service improves in the future, because if it doesn't your business won't survive.
