  Lovely cosy spot for a group of 14, couldnt be more accommodating when we booked a 3 course with tea/coffee, efficient patient and friendly, food delicious and very reasonable, a super relaxing evening. Highly recommend this lovely bar /restaurant in the heart of the town. Jimmy the manager was so helpful and kind. What more could we ask! :-)

  People were queuing on a rainy Monday night in June - and rightly so. Floor was a bit sticky but food was excellent. Amazing chowder.

  Really nice food and good service too. Chicken basket is one of my favourites, plenty of variety in it and the onion rings are really nice and crunchy.
  Atmosphere is relaxed and warm.
