I decided to look outside Dublin for a potential change of vehicle. My initial contact was by telephone and the customer service was excellent and friendly, Mr Johnny Cooney followed up the phone call with an personalised video of the motor vehicle I was interested in. The video showed all aspects of the vehicle, excellent idea its give you a chance to see the vehicle first hand, he also explained the workings of the vehicle etc. I liked this approach and it was personal. I made a visit to the garage and received excellent professional approach to my queries, excellent test drive and full explanation about the vehicle given by Mr Cooney. Customer service and follow up with customers is a must, Boland did that and its appreciated by customers. So my trip from Dublin to Wexford was worth it as I liked the personal approach by the Garage and Mr Cooney. I would recommend this garage to other potential customers and give them a call and see what they have to say and ask for the video of the vehicle your interested in. K Devlin Dublin.

The salesman was so professional, talking me through all of my options. I decided not to buy a hyundai but that's not the fault of the salesman.
