They give you the hard sell. They push unwanted services onto you like diamond Britt and asset protection. To push home the sale they bring out the manager. "What do we need to do to get you to buy the car today?' I won't be going back again.

Rang yesterday about my 2011 skoda , the preglow light started flashing on the dashboard, firstly I was told the service part is gone for lunch so I was told to ring back. I rang back an hour later and someone took my phone number and promised call back. Obviously that didn't happen. I would not mind if I didn't spend 600€ on servicing my car there last month. My advice stay away from them, worst customer service in the town.
