Lovely spot, good selection of books and helpful staff, can be hard to get parking at peak times for the shopping center.

Personally I think the staff are ignorant and unhelpful. I was waiting for 15 minutes once for somebody to take notice of me (even though there was no que). They tut and sigh when you ask for extra help and God for bid you ask them for change of a euro for printing. Management should train their staff in customer service before allowing them to serve on the front desk

Best library in cork - it's full of light and has super pleasant and helpful staff. Good book, selection, internet access.
